OPERATIONS

Trollope is a market leading opencast mining contractor that specialises in the execution of medium to large scale mining projects. Alongside the full range of services associated with opencast contract mining, we also provide crushing and screening, mine infrastructure works, bulk earthworks, rehabilitation services, and plant hire.

Established in 1975, the Company boasts one of the largest equipment fleets in Africa and has, over 47 years in operation, gained significant experience in mining a wide range of commodities which includes but is not limited to coal, platinum, copper, andalusite, gold, phosphate, lithium, iron ore, manganese, limestone, and diamonds. We are currently operating in South Africa, Botswana and Namibia but have also executed projects in the DRC and Guinea. Our strategic intent is to continue to diversify into other mineral sectors and to grow our geographical footprint in Africa.

  1.
