HERNIC FERROCHROME MINE

Opencast Mining for Hernic Ferrochrome Mine was executed from 1997 to 2000. Hernic Ferrochrome Mine is situated near Brits in Gauteng.

Chrome was mined at a dip between 17° and 21° to a total highwall depth of 65 meters.
