Human Resources form an integrated partner with all divisions within the TMS Group and must ensure that an effective service is provided to all divisions at all times, based on all disciplines of Human Resources.

The company recognizes the need to uplift and improve employees' skills by means of a skills development program. The development of skills will improve employee participation in terms of productivity, Health and Safety and ultimately provide promotion opportunities into management level. Therefore all employees receive ongoing training to ensure maximum safety and productivity.

Presently, the company is fully compliant in terms of all relevant legislation related to Human Resource Management.
